The Analysis Of Abe Shinzo's Conservative Ideology On Diplomacy

Taking advantage of Japan's social background of Right Deviation,the conservative politician,Abe Shinzo who self claimed to have opening mind,led his Liberal Democratic Party(LDP)regained regime at the end of 2012.Abe was born in a politically family,he has strong political views by his own which deeply affected by his family's political opinions.Since his appearance in political field,conservatives hailed him as a model,people in and outside of LDP considered him as a shining star of new generation,it makes his returning in power a public desire.Abe has full knowledge of Japan's society,since the regaining of power,he made significant moves in diplomatic fields with flexible political tactics,“Strategic diplomacy” he brought up in second regime which shows Japan's conservative urges to escape from postwar system which inherited the core essence of “value diplomacy” brought up in 2006.This article used the research approach of intellectual history combined with Layer Analysis Method in international relationship fields,to reveal the deep conservative tendency of Abe's diplomatic views,the article studied the process of how Abe's diplomatic views been enlightened and shaped.This article will analysis Abe's personnel diplomatic practice in his two regimes,on the purpose of digging the root of this conservative views and figure out the influence of Abe's diplomatic concepts,finally the article will also give Abe himself a comprehensive appraisal.This article is composed by five sections.The first section will focus on the enlightenment process of Abe's political view,start from the influence of Abe's grandfather Nobusuke Kishi where he inherited a stubborn personality and conservative political views and Abe's practical diplomatic experience when his father Shintaro Abe was in charge.The second section will observe the shaping process of Abe's conservative political views,start from Abe's political views on historical issues,history textbook,North Korea kidnapping issue and the issue of dispatch soldiers oversea.The third section will analysis Abe's diplomatic practice on “Positional diplomacy” and “Strategic diplomacy” in his two regimes.The fourth section will study the influence of Abe's conservative diplomatic views internationally and domestically.The fifth section will give Abe a comprehensive appraisal on the purpose of identify Abe as a nationalist,realist,and Conservative politician.
