The theme of this thesis is about the evolution course of conservatism and the historical background, social origin, status quo and foreground of the Neo-conservatism in the USA, and then emphatically research and take apart its theoretical foundation stone and ideological characters, in order to deepen people's cognition of the USA's Neo-conservatism. Based on these, the thesis then expatiates the influences of the Neo-conservatism toward Bush Administration's foreign policy. And analyze the effects of Neo-conservatism in such cases as Iraq War, "Color Revolution" and Sino-US relations. There are three parts in this thesis as the followings:Part one, after analyzed the meanings, creeds and principles of the European traditional conservatism and development and revival of American traditional conservatism, this part expatiates the produce, ideological origins and main contents of American Neo-conservatism.Part two, analyses the ideology and social origins of Bush Administration's Neo-conservative foreign policy, and meanwhile links to President Bush's individual experiences to discuss the basic characters and development of its foreign policy.Part three, emphatically analyses the practices of Neo-conservatism concept in American foreign affairs. In order to expatiate American Neo-conservatism concept's impacts on American foreign affairs and world structure.
