The institution establishment is a form of staffing institutions with scientific and reasonable organization and staffing.It is the basic guarantee of the development of social undertakings,and it determines the effectively normal function of the institution.The management of public institutions is related to the development of the social economy and the basic interests of the people.In Taizhou city high port,the cause of the preparation of the population accounted for 80% of the financial support for the population,while the supporting management system and management methods are very lagging behind.In addition,the health education industry has developed part of the preparation of the approved standards,as well as the basic institutions of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,water conservancy and other coverage.There are still no uniform standards for the preparation which caused a certain degree of institutions supernumerary personnel,and it has great impact on effective institution service responsibilities.It has an important role for promoting the reform of institutions,making efforts build a management system and method,clarifying the boundary between government and market,promoting better and faster development of social undertakings and public welfare undertakings for the optimal allocation of resources and institutions function,and promoting the equalization of basic public services.This paper takes Taizhou new classification of high port institutions management as a case,and this paper analyzes and discusses the existing high institutions management problems of Taizhou new port classification,and this paper puts forward some measures to solve the problem in order to provide some reference for the preparation of management of China's new classification of institutions.First of all,this paper analyzes the connotation and features of the preparation of management institutions for the elements and methods.Secondly,this paper analyzes the present situation of Taizhou high port management institutions,and it finds out the existing problems and reasons.Thirdly,through the preparation of management than in other domestic institutions practice,this paper summarizes the experience and Enlightenment.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for Taizhou high port management institutions.
