A Study Of Ulanhu's Theory Of Ideological And Political Work

Ulanhu's theory of ideological and political work came from the revolutionary struggle,and developed continuously in the process of socialist construction.It is a significant part of the whole thought and theory system of Ulanhu.Although it has made relatively rich achievements of the theory of ideological and political work of Chinese Communist Party in academia,there is little systematic research on Ulanhu's theory of ideological and political work.Therefore,based on the previous studies,the author read the relevant materials of Ulanhu carefully,and summarized his theory of ideological and political work,and then put forward new points.According to different experiences of Ulanhu in different historical periods,the formation of his theory of ideological and political work was divided into four periods and this thesis examined the main theoretical sources of his theory of ideological and political work.On the basis of what have done above,the author made a conclusion that the main work of Ulanhu was emphasizing the study of Marx's theory,strengthening the education of national unity,enhancing patriotism and internationalism education,intensifying national legal education,highlighting the religious policy propaganda and education of Chinese Communist Party and so on.In the process of ideological and political work,Ulanhu throughout stuck to abiding the principles of Chinese Communist Party to work,sought truth from facts and mobilized all positive factors to solve ideological and practical problems.The major methods of his ideological and political work were as follows:persuasion and education,criticism and self-criticism,visualization education,comparative identification and so on.His theory of ideological and political work has the characteristics of nationality,innovative and universality.Ulanhu's theory of ideological and political work has not only played an important role in the history,but also has a very crucial enlightenment indealing with the problems existing in the ideological and political work in ethnic areas.The significance is as follows: Firstly,the members of Chinese Communist Party should be educated frequently with Marx's theory and their qualities and abilities should be improved.Secondly,the education of national unity should be strengthened and the stable development of ethnic areas should be promoted.Thirdly,the national legal education should be intensified and the construction of socialist harmonious society should be facilitated.Fourth,the propaganda and education of Chinese Communist Party's religious policies should be highlighted to make various undertakings smoothly.Fifth,the bond between ideological and political work and interests of the masses should be enhanced to solid the foundation among the masses.Sixth,the inner style supervision of Chinese Communist Party should be reinforced,and the part's purity and advanced nature should be maintained.Seventh,the diversity of ideological and political work should be underlines and its effectiveness should be improved.
