The Study On The Legal Problems After The RMB Joined SDR

This thesis used literature research approach,empirical research method,comparative approach and historical approach,combining them with other disciplines' knowledge,In this Thesis,the perspective was based on law,especially the international law.using literature research approach,empirical research method,comparative approach and historical approach,combining them with other disciplines' knowledge then tracing the framework of the Agreement of the International Monetary Fund to analyze the changes on the legal rights and obligations in IMF according to the standard of Free usable.It summarizes the meaning and legal characteristics of SDR under the Agreement of International Monetary Fund,the definition and the entry mechanism and its using and function.After the RMB's joining the SDR,China's facing the changes of the legal rights and obligations in the IMF and China's dilemma upon fulfilling the legal obligations.This thesis mainly puts forward the principles for establishing countermeasure,strengthen China's cooperation with other countries to promote RMB status,further promote the reforming of the SDR and perfecting the relevant domestic legal system of financial.
