Research On The Construction Of Grass-Roots Service-oriented Party Organizations In Colleges And University

The 18th CPC National Congress has established the goal of building a service oriented Marxism ruling party,and put forward the important task of strengthening the construction of service oriented party organizations at the grassroots level.With the development of the reform and opening up and the socialist market economy,and the promotion of higher education reform,new challenges have brought to the construction of the grassroots party organization.It has important significance to strengthen the build of grass-roots service oriented party to adapt to the new situation of party building in colleges and universities,and to further improve the scientific level of grassroots party building work.This paper adhere to the basic method of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,using the literature research method,system analysis method and empirical analysis method to research the problem of service oriented party organization construction in colleges and universities.The basic structure and main points are:First,the connotation and significance of service oriented party organizations construction at the basic level of university.The construction of service oriented party organizations at the basic level in colleges and universities serves the service as the working concept,the "five services" as the work center and the service as the basic function.Promoting the construction of grassroots party organizations in universities will help to exert the political guarantee function of the grass-roots party organizations,and help to improve the service ability and level of the grass-roots party organizations,also promote the construction of harmonious campus.Second,the basic content of construction of service oriented party organizations in colleges and universities.Including five aspect,which are the building of service concept,service system construction,service mode,service position,service team.Third,the current situation of construction of party organizations at the basic level.The construction of service oriented party organizations in colleges and universities has achieved remarkable results,but there are problems in the aspects of service concept,service system,service carrier,service team construction,etc..Fourth,the basic idea of strengthening the construction of service oriented party organizations at the basic level in the new situation.We should further improve the service concept of the basic level party organizations,improve the service system,expand the service carrier,strengthen the service team,and constantly improve the scientific level of construction of party organizations at the grassroots level.
