The Construction Of The Web-based Cultural Environment In The Ideological And Political Education

Ideological and political education always needs to be carried out in certain environment.The web-based cultural environment which formed by the influence of the Internet is a new environment about the ideological and political education.It is different from the actual environment,the characteristics of the web-based cultural environment are virtual,open,multiple and dynamic.And the influence on the system of ideological and political education is more and more prominent and complex,so that ideological and political education of the subject,object,mediator and other elements have occurred in many unprecedented changes.Due to the process of network construction in China has only 20 years of history,the construction of the web-based cultural environment still exist various problems.Therefore,only we stand at the height of the Times,adopt a comprehensive development strategy to build a healthy and upward network culture environment,can we develop the impact of positive factors and reduce the impact of negative factors,to create a new situation of ideological and political education.This text is divided into four parts to start discussion:The first chapter systematically discusses the basic theory of web-based cultural environment.This chapter mainly elaborates the concept,meaning,characteristic and function of network culture environment.It is the theoretical basis of the full text study.The web-based cultural environment refers to the network technology as the basis,development and ideological and political education activities have an impact on all the cultural elements of the sum of the network.The development process and characteristics of network society make the network culture environment has new features as virtuality,openness,multiplicity and dynamic.From the ideological and political education perspective,the network culture environment has the important functions of guidance,cohesion,education and restriction.The second chapter analyze the web-based culture environment on the major effect of the ideological and political education.The network culture environment is a new environment and essential element of the ideological and political education,which cannot be avoid.Because each of the elements influence each other,the web-based culture environment has produced both positive and negative influences on elements such as the object,mediator and other elements.The third chapter analysis the web-based culture environment problems.Compared with the traditional cultural environment,the network culture environment has different connotations and characteristics.The process of network construction in our country has only20 years of history,there are still some problems in the construction of the network culture environment.The main problems are as follow,the diversity of cultural information conflict the dominance of ideological and political education content,the rapid development of the network culture disjoint the realistic Ideological and political education,the education workers' environment consciousness about the construction of network culture is not strong,the network cultural environment lack of effective system security etc..The fourth chapter comprehensively discusses the countermeasure of the web-based cultural environment construction.Whether it's to improve the effectiveness of China's ideological and political education,or to promote the development of it.We need to stand at the height of the Times,adopt a comprehensive development strategy to build a healthy and upward network culture environment.The main countermeasures are strengthening the construction of mainstream culture,creating a good network culture environment;establishing the ideological and political educational network platform,realizing the integration of network cultural resourcess;trengthening the network literacy education,improving the ideological and Political Education Workers' Network Literacy;improving the legal system of the network,building a good network environment.
