After implement <regulation for Labor Contract> for Jan.1 2008,there are exist big debate on society and discuss public,which make sense of labor law clearly and deeply.Otherwise that most corporation take protective mode to face labor dispute and take action after labor arbitration occurred submit by staff.Usually corporation failed to take active measures when labor rights violations,which lead corporation keep in illegal situation and increase labor cost invisible.The trend of labor dispute is more complexity and diversity.If corporation failed to management efficient,that will effect corporation development deeply.The text focus on 3 types of contract termination to analysis and according to labor dispute and laws hazards to explain how to take management right by corporation,and prepare internal rules and process under laws request to face labor dispute.The articles discuss and analysis issues as above to reduce laws hazards and conflict rate with employee.The article includes introduction,three chapters and concluding.Introduction parts introduce contract termination types,usual modules of labor dispute,topic sense and purpose of article.Chapter one mainly analysis contract termination hazards for unqualified staff,I take an example for MS Zheng and definite related laws files,data collection for unqualified staff;Chapter two analysis contract termination hazards for medical treatment staff;I take an example for Zhao Tie and definite performance and transfer position efficiency for medical treatment staff;Chapter three analysis contract termination hazards for grave violation staff,I take an example for Liang Hong and definite corporation rules and termination procedure for grave violation staff.The end concludes the article and clear important for labor union in contract termination process,and analysis efficiency for receipt of termination notices.
