A Case Study Of The Prison System In Sichuan Promoting The Pattern Of "Big Education"

The core purpose of the work of modernized civilized prisons is to transform people into education,transforming the factors that harm society into security factors,and even transforming them into social factors.The 2015 National Prison Work Conference stressed that prison labor,supervision(prison administration)should serve the education of prisons,and that education reform should be used as a "central task" for prison work.In order to achieve the purpose of effectively transforming people,improving the quality of transformation and reducing the rate of recidivism,China's prison system draws on foreign advanced experience,transforms the concept of educational reform and explores the way to realize the socialization of educational reform.The socialization of educational reform,the positive and effective "re-socialization" of prisoners is the need for prison and local governments,the community to complete the work,but also to promote social management harmonious,orderly and stable important guarantee.Therefore,it is an important subject to maintain social stability and promote social harmony by studying how to use social resources,transforming prisoners' education into people who are beneficial to social harmony,ensuring the positive and active re-socialization of prisoners,and reducing the rate of recidivism.According to the requirements of the overall work of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the Sichuan Prison System puts forward the concept of "big education" in the aspect of exploring the socialization of educational reform,and systematically studies the construction elements and ways of the "big education" pattern.With the practice test theory,the formation of a differentiated society to help and education,return to the project guidance system,employment and placement help platform as the main features of the effective education reform socialization initiatives.In this paper,through the study of Sichuan Prison System in the closed prison conditions,in what way to fully attract and use of social resources,what measures to social forces into education reform,in what way to build a common environment and the overall pattern of joint education with society multi-sectoral,multi-organization,multi-channel.Analyze its successful experience and problems,and deduce the socialization measures and the problems that should be paid attention to in the national prison.Sichuan Prison System "big education" pattern is macroscopic,is the prison education transformation work in the service of social management,promote social harmony under the background.The work of the "big education" of the Sichuan Prison System studied in this paper not only refers to the environment of helping the community to help education and transformation,but also the individual "re-socialization" that helps the prisoners to return smoothly and reduce their recidivism rate.Sichuan University of the "big education" is a summary of the overall planning of the central,is their own work innovation,but also the promotion of social management,to help the national prison system better and faster to improve the quality of education,to achieve educational reform the leap has theoretical and practical significance.
