Research On The Employment Of The Disabled From The Perspective Of Socialization Theory

The employment of disabled people has always been one of the major social problems facing China.Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood.The traditional vulnerable group of disabled people has always been concerned by all walks of life.Therefore,the social problems formed by the combination of "disabled people" and "employment" are particularly important.With the continuous advancement of urbanization in Shanghai,the disabled custodians represented by the "Sunshine Base" have emerged new problems in solving the employment problems of disabled people,which deserves our attention and deep thought.This research uses the field research and the socialization theory in sociology to explain the social problem of employment difficulties for the disabled from a new perspective.At the same time,it uses the interview method,non-participatory observation method and literature method to obtain relevant information.According to the connotation and specific content of socialization theory,this paper studies the socialization obstacles of employment difficulties for disabled people from three dimensions,namely,the socialization obstacles of the occupational skills of disabled persons,the socialization obstacles of the role of disabled persons and the life goals of disabled persons.Social barriers.This paper analyzes the collected relevant data and finds that the socialization obstacles of the vocational skills of the disabled are behind the problems of the vocational skills training of the disabled and the social reality and the different individual needs of the disabled.Behind the socialization barriers are the problems of disabled people's learned helplessness and the difficulty of adapting to the transformation of social roles.The socialization obstacles of life goals are behind their welfare dependence and lack of life planning and pursuit.After discovering these problems,from the perspective of the professional development of social work services,it proposes to refine the design of social work service programs,further improve the professionalization of social work service intervention,and pay attention to the suggestions for the cultivation of the mentality of disabled people.The socialization obstacles encountered in the employment process of disabled people are new changes in the psychological quality of disabled people in a certain era.The latter reflects the"modernization" pains that weak groups can hardly keep up with the development of society and cities.The effectiveness of social work development in the new era.
