Research On The Construction Of Inner Mongolia Ethnic Relationship From The Perspective Of Political Civilization

The essence of political civilization is to emphasize the respect for the political subject,so that every citizen has the right to participate in the management of state affairs.The China third generations of Communist pointed out the political civilization construction that on the basis of“people's enjoyment”,and pointed out the core of “people's Governance”is the purpose to let every citizen has the right to participate in the management of state affairs.Political civilization is a political form of harmonious civilization,promote the development of society,is one of the components of China's socialist construction.The development of political civilization plays an important role in the prosperity of our country.Inner Mongolia is the first national minority autonomous region established in China,and the construction of political civilization is an important part of building a harmonious society in Inner Mongolia.The content of this paper is mainly divided into five parts,the first part introduces the significance and background of this topic,and introduces the research status at home and abroad,And define the concept of political civilization and national relations,Political civilization is composed of political consciousness,political system and political behavior,national harmony refers to the harmonious relations among nationalities,It includes the relationship between the people and the people of the same nation and the harmony between the people of different nationalities,It also includes the harmony of national natural relations.The second part of the paper,from the definition of political civilization and national harmony,discusses how to promote harmonious ethnic relations in the construction of political civilization.The third part analysis the factors affecting the development of harmonious ethnic relations in Inner Mongolia of the process of political civilization development,it includes five factors: the leadership of the Communist Party,the system of regional ethnic autonomy,religion,nationalcadres,and education.on the basis of the analysis,through the forth part investigation and analysis the status of ethnic relations in Inner Mongolia,In the fifth part,the author analyzes the reasons of unfavorable national harmony.Finally,from the aspects of leadership of the Communist Party of China,the regional autonomy of ethnic groups,the construction of national cadres,religion,education,to Analysis of the path choice of Inner Mongolia harmonious ethnic relations from the perspective of political civilization.
