China attaches importance to the issue of domestic violence,in the "Marriage Law","Minors Protection Law" and other relevant laws on the provisions of domestic violence,especially in China on March 1,2016 The Anti-Domestic Violence Act of the People's Republic of China is the first law in our country that specifically provides for domestic violence.In recent years,the situation against domestic violence against minors is still more prominent.From the point of view of the full protection of minors,there are still some imperfections in our country's laws,such as the lack of uniformity in the legislation on juvenile domestic violence,the lack of provisions for juvenile domestic violence,the lack of minors;The provision of remedies for juvenile domestic violence is less practicable in judicial practice.Therefore,how to establish a legal system for the prevention and control of juvenile domestic violence is of great theoretical and practical significance for protecting the healthy growth of minors,maintaining family harmony and promoting social stability.This article put forward the perfect suggestions: strengthen legal education propaganda,enhance people's legal knowledge,change the traditional ideas;improve the legislation,fully embodies the perspective of minors;perfect the remedy for minor family violence.
