The Study Of Local Precise Legislation On Social Civilization

At present,China's social civilization is not high.People's behavior norms are lack of rigid constraints.The rule of law is the most important,and good law is the premise of good governance.Imprecise legislation is one of the most important reason of China's lack of clear social civilization.In the past,we often heard of the rule of law and scientific legislation.So the concept of "precise legislation" of the author itself is a new one.But the scope of this topic——the study of local precise legislation on social civilization is large.And the conception of it is also very high.This paper starts with the basic concept of accurate legislation on social civilization.Combined with the legislation practice of social civilization that has been carried out or is being explored in several cities such as Shenzhen,Wuhan and Hangzhou,the present situation of the legislation on social civilization?the reasons for inaccurate legislation and its adverse effects on the construction of social civilization in China are analyzed.The final point of this paper lies in how to carry out the accurate legislation of social civilization and realize the law abiding by the whole people and promote social civilization.So this topic is both novel and forward-looking.
