Study The Implementation Of Mass Line In The Process Of Precise Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas

In the critical period of build a well-off society in an all-round way,precise poverty alleviation has become an innovative way of poverty alleviation during the new period,the new situation of the in our country;as well as a new method to solve problems:target of poverty alleviation and development unknown,the base number not clear,the effect not satisfying.Though advantages of Precise poverty alleviation are obvious,there are still many problems.As our party's hand-down treasure,mass line is also the basic method for promoting poverty alleviation work and the inherent requirement for this,because the value of mass line and and the target of poverty alleviation share much of the same.Therefore,to study the practical predicament of poverty alleviation in a perspective of the mass line is meaningful,both to enriching the theory of the mass line and promoting the precise implementation of poverty alleviation.On the basis of literature survey and the field survey in town C of Jiangxi Province,this thesis will do some empirical research on the relationship between the policy of precise poverty alleviation and the policy of mass line.Data collected in this paper is mainly from field observation and the three types of interviews in town C:with grassroots cadres and ordinary people and the poor.We find that there is an industry produce deviation for poverty alleviation,contradictions and grassroots cadres and masses attitude problem prominent phenomenon,mainly because of grassroots cadres and the masses backward ideas,the lack of grass-roots work force,etc.Thus,on the basis of the analysis of the practice of the policy of precise poverty alleviation in town C,we discovered that the local government didn't apply the mass line well while applying the policy of precise poverty alleviation.This is mainly reflected by the negative reaction in doing the poverty alleviation work among the grassroots cadres,the passive participation in poverty alleviation as well as the tense and masses relationship.
