poverty alleviation and poverty eradication.Lead the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country to bury themselves in a new era of prosperity,democracy,harmony and happiness.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the deepening implementation of poverty alleviation policy has helped more than 60 million people to achieve the goal of poverty eradication,and the incidence of poverty has increased from 10 to 10.% fell to less than 4%.Among them,the development of poverty alleviation and relocation is an important measure in accurate poverty alleviation,which not only plays an important role in poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation campaign,but also has the functions of promoting local economic development and realizing ecological environment transformation.Especially for some areas where the living environment is bad,the problem of poverty is prominent,and it is difficult to meet the basic development conditions in a short period of time,poverty alleviation and relocation has become the only way to solve the problem of regional poverty.As a result,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made it "a measure that has to be done."Based on the perspective of public value management,the research on the problem of poverty alleviation and relocation is mainly due to the following reasons: first,from the point of view of the nature of the work of poverty alleviation and relocation,this kind of poverty alleviation measure,which is led by the government and voluntary by the masses,It is closely related to public value management.Only by matching the output of public value with the actual demand and constantly improving the ability of public value creation can we ensure the effective development of poverty alleviation and relocation work.Second,from the actual situation of the current work of poverty alleviation and relocation,due to the large scale of the object of poverty alleviation and relocation,and the limited support funds invested,the related work has been carried out.It has become the strongest policy and the most difficult to operate in the "five batches" of accurate poverty examination of relocation work,and based on the theory of public value management,to find the way to improve the relocation of poverty alleviation.In order to achieve the above research purpose,this paper will sort out the related theories of public value management and relocation,and analyze its achievements and difficulties according to the actual situation of poverty alleviation and relocation in Lushi County.On this basis,based on the theory of public value management,this paper puts forward some concrete improvement countermeasures in order to provide reference for the development of poverty alleviation and relocation work in China.The paper consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,significance,related research summary,research content,methods and innovation of this paper.The second part is the introduction of the relevant theoretical basis,including accurate poverty alleviation,easy land poverty alleviation and relocation.The theory of public value,etc.The third part introduces the implementation of poverty alleviation and relocation in Lushi County,including its basic situation,work characteristics,policy implementation and the achievements made.The fourth part analyzes the difficulties and causes of poverty alleviation and relocation in Lushi County.The fifth part,on the basis of the research in the previous chapters,based on the theory of public value management,in view of the current situation of poverty alleviation and relocation in Lushi County,puts forward some targeted improvement measures in order to optimize its work effect.The sixth part summarizes and looks forward to the full text of the research,combing the results of this study.
