Research On The Construction Of Party Conduct From The Perspective Of Political Culture

The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the construction of its working style.In recent years,with the in-depth construction practice of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government,more and more problems have showed up,such as corruption,sloth governance and misconducts.These problems arouse a further thinking to the construction of Party style— how to explore out a more efficient construction path of Party style,so as to ensure the inner honesty and uprightness of the Party.Under the theoretical framework of Chinese political parties and political development,this thesis studies the latent and popular political climate in CPC and government collectives,with Party 's style construction as the research axis and from the perspective of political culture and especially the mesoscopic political culture.It aims to grasp the essence of political culture phenomenon and reflect the Party ' s problems in political thoughts,ideologies,political psychologies and tendency,thus find out a scientific,efficient and enduring path for the improvement of the CPC work style.The author hereby expects to provide a new perspective for the future study of Party style construction.The thesis can be divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of topic selection as well as the research status.In the second chapter,the significance of Party style construction,the connotations and functions of political culture,and other relevant theories are elaborated.Chapter three is the research on the status of Party's political culture.The elaboration is carried out surrounding Party's political culture characteristics,reasons for the emergence of political culture,and the influence of political culture environment faced by Party style construction.In chapter four,the systematic defects existing in the Party style construction are expounded from the political culture perspective,and the problem of how to strengthen Party style construction under these systematic defects is studied.
