The Study On The Women Ideological Of Sun Yat-sen

The women ideological is an important part of Sun Yat-sen's thought,in which he has consistently advocated equality between men and women and emphasized the women's role in the democratic revolutionary struggle and nation building.His thought and practice left a valuable asset for China's women liberation movement.He spent the whole life for transforming China,including the contribution for Chinese women's liberation.The paper was divided into three parts: the first part discussed the source of the women's thought,which included the ideological sources and practical sources.The ideological sources came from bourgeois civil rightsthought.The practical sources of the women's thought was from the fact that against the feudal oppression to women and promoted women's liberation.The second part isthe maincontent of the women's thought,which included five section,as follows,first,gender equality that means women can participate in the politics.Second,improving the national equality of establishing schools for women.Third,shaping women's personality and realizing women's economic independence.Forth,against the feudal arranged marriage.Fifth,abolishing foot-binding realizing the female body liberation.The third part mainly introduced the historical status and enlightenment of the women's thought.The historical status included three points,as listed below.First,the women's thought has the pivotal status in the Three People's Principles.Second,the women's thought guide the women's liberation in the revolution of 1911 and promoted China's civilization.Third,the women's thought lay the important effect on the women's revolution which leaded byChina's Communist Party.There are three historical enlightenments: Firstly,the country's fate was linked with women's fate.Second,the progress of the social system is the prerequisite of the women's liberation.Thirdly,in the progress of struggling for women's liberation,the motivation is self liberation.
