The Mass Organization is a great creation of the Communist Party of China,is a strong reflection of the Party's mass viewpoint,is the bridge-link that connect the people with the Party.The Mass Organization played an important bridge-link role to mobilize people to join the revolution for CPC,and made an important effect in 30 years' construction of the socialism before the Reform and Opening.In the new period of the construction of the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,the Mass Organization still play an important bridge-link role,and this effect can only be strengthened and can't be weakened.The Mass Organization is the organization with Chinese Characteristics today,studying on it in the new period is valuable for enriching and developing the Marxism with Chinese Characteristics and the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in both theoretical aspect and practical aspect.The Mass Organization playing a role is the necessity in the new period.This article's main body includes five parts:The first part mainly introduces the related concepts,and the three classification on the basis of three different standards,and elaborate the theoretical basis.The second part discusses the bridge-link effect of the Mass Organization in the new period: the Mass Organization educates and guides people to support the leadership of the CPC;arouses the enthusiasm of people to join the construction of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics;reflects and maintains the benefit demands of people.The third part disserts on the problem of the bridge-link effect: the Mass Organization can't transfer the will and proposition of the CPC to people effectively;can't arouse people's enthusiasm of the construction of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics effectively;can't reflect and maintain people's benefit demand effectively.The fourth part analyses the cause of the problem of the bridge-link in the new period,and the reason include two aspects: the lack of theoretical research and practical development.The fifth part gives the basic principle and the advice to improve the bridge-link effect of the Mass Organization.The basic principle includes five points,and the advice is containing both theoretical aspect and practical aspect.Only learning from history,construct hard in today,can the Mass Organization play a better bridge-link role,share worry for the Party,make profit for the people,and push forward the construction of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.
