A Study Of CELAJ's Innovations In The Patterns And Methods For Cadre Education And Training

In cadre education and training,“training patterns and methods” refers to the ways and means applied in transforming the contents of education and training into the qualities and abilities of cadres in accordance with the law of education for achieving the established teaching goals.Good teaching methods not only facilitate the effective imparting of theories and knowledge,but also greatly enhance the learning activity of the trainees,so as to satisfy the quality requirements of training.Especially,after the goals,tasks,and contents of cadre education and training are determined,the selection of appropriate teaching methods becomes one of the determinative factors influencing the actualization of expected goals.Following the law and characteristics of cadre education and training and adapting to the development trend of modern education and training,this thesis,based on the beneficial exploration and practice of China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan(CELAJ)in innovating in training patterns and methods,explores in the patterns and methods for cadre education and training that are suitable for the national conditions of our country,further enriches the theories in this field,and provides some theoretical support for improving the quality and benefit of cadre education and training.Of course,the innovation in training pattern and method is just one aspect of the efforts in improving the quality of cadre education and training,but it is the most direct,the most concrete and the relatively easier one to promote.The vast workers in cadre education should be good at making use of various patterns and methods,continuously perfect and develop them,strenuously realize the unification of diversity and effectiveness,thus really embody the vitality of the patterns and methods for cadre education and training.The purpose of researching the CELAJ's exploration and practice in innovating in training patterns and methods is to refine the practical experiences into theory,better master the law hidden behind the phenomena and process of teaching,exhibit the operational characteristics of the academy,and improve the strength and level of the academy.Through the research,the author believes that the following points should be stuck to in further reform and innovation.First,the innovation in training patterns and methods is indispensable for improving the scientific level of education and training.Second,the instruction method should be improved continuously according to the actual demand of the trainees.Third,seen from the actual effect,the training methods with greater and better effect,better appraisal by trainees and higher acceptance includeseminar,case,interaction,simulation,experience teaching,and so on.Fourth,there is no fixed method for teaching,and what's important is to find the most appropriate method.Flexible,effective training patterns and means should be adopted for different objects,different themes and different contents,and training should be carried out according to the personal characteristics of individual trainees,so as to increase the interaction,practicality and effectiveness of training.Fifth,the final purpose of choosing training methods is to obtain the best training effect.
