Research On Innovation Strategy Of Cadre Education Informatization

Cadre education is an important and basic strategic project for the construction of high-quality cadres group,since the establishment of the Chinese Communist Party,it has always attached great importance to cadre education.The informationization of cadre education is specifically for its information construction and application management,after nearly 20 years from scratch,from small to large development,it turns out that in the overall promotion of cadre education reform,improving the quality of cadre education,Improving school efficiency and many fields,which plays an irreplaceable prominent role.However,with the development and changes of the times,the cadre education informationization has ushered in a new development opportunity,and has also been given a new functional orientation,the shortcomings of the past development model has become apparent increasingly.To meet the trend of the times,successful complete the task and solve the existing problems,which are urgently need to innovate the development strategy of cadre education informationization.Under this kind of background,this article makes full use of the professional theoretical knowledge of MBA,based on reality,and actively try to start the academic research.In the process of writing,this article mainly used the literature research,the interview research,the case study,the benchmarking comparison research and so on,which are the common research methods of business management,according to Hall(A.D.Hall)"three-dimensional structure" mode,from logical dimension,spatial dimension,knowledge dimension to design this paper's technical route and determine the its framework.The main contents include six parts:introduction,theoretical foundation,construction history and existing problems,new task of current situation,and development opportunity,innovation strategy and conclusion.The main line of the research is to review the current research situation at home and abroad,through combing the construction process to find problems,to analyze new task of current situations and the opportunities of the innovation and development,and finally based on the theory and practice,the cadre education informatization innovation and development of the feasibility of the proposed strategy,It is hoped that it will provide useful ideas for comprehensively upgrading the informatization level of cadre education in China.Through deep thinking and systematic analysis,this paper holds that it is of great theoretical and practical significance to actively carry out the innovative research on cadre education informationization,not only to fill the blank area of current theoretical research,but also to contribute to the new development model.The innovation of this article,besides the well-designed graphic illustration and cross-use of a variety of disciplinary knowledge to carry out research,also actively focus on the party and the state of the latest spiritual requirements,put forward how to educate cadres through information means to improve position construction,think tank construction,theoretical propaganda,public opinion guidance ability;Innovatively put forward that how to use cloud computing,big data and other new technologies and new thinking to solve the highlight problems of online education,more fully play the value of data;innovatively put forward the use of benchmarking management,decision management,team management and other related theories,comprehensively enhance the level of cadre education informationization.
