A Comparative Study Of The "Three-anti" And "Five-anti" Campaigns In The Early Days Of The Founding Of The People's Republic Of China And The Current Anti-corruption Struggle

The "Three-Anti" and "Five-Anti" Campaigns is a general term for the struggles in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China,including the "anti corruption,waste and bureaucracy" in the party and government organs staff,and the "anti bribery,tax evasion,steal and cheat the state propertys,cheat on labour and materials,theft of state economic information" in the private industry and commerce.The "Three-Anti" and "Five-Anti" Campaigns have dealt a heavy blow to the arrogance of corrupt elements,and have effectively promoted the ideological transformation of the whole party,greatly improved the social atmosphere,consolidated the national political dictatorship of the people and the people's democratic united front,for the rapid recovery of the national economy and planned to carry out large-scale economic construction has laid a solid foundation.Since the 18 th Party Congress,the struggle for building a clean government and the struggle against corruption has become the top priority of the work and has made remarkable achievements.But with the deepening of reform,anti-corruption work is facing new problems and challenges.To solve these problems,we will continue to carry out long-term party-building and anti-corruption struggle,and we must conscientiously sum up and learn the lessons of the "Three-Anti" and "Five-Anti" Campaigns.This paper focuses on the founding of the "Three-Anti" and "Five-Anti" Campaigns,and since eighteen Party's anti-corruption struggle of the various initiatives,specific measures and through comparative analysis of different periods of anti-corruption work,put forward the development process in the new period and the anti-corruption struggle.We should focus on learning the "Three-Anti" and "Five-Anti" Campaigns lessons,fully rely on and mobilize the masses,to continue to maintain a high corruption normalized "zero tolerance",continue to improve the power restriction and supervision system,and gradually formed a effective mechanism of "dare not rot,can not rot,do not want to rot".
