The Research On The Innovation Anti-corruption System Of CPC Since The 18th National People's Congress

Materialistic dialectics sticks to seeing the world with the view of universal relation and eternal development;the sinicization and practice innovation of Marxist anti-corruption theory is also a process of integrating theory with practice and constantly enriching development.In the historical period of the transition from combating corruption by Human to by system,it has important theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the study on the history of Marxist anti-corruption theory in China and the research on the process of innovation in anti-corruption system with "fundamentality,overall importance,stability and persistence",and to carry out the theoretical promotion of constructing anti-corruption system with Chinese characteristics.The Communist Party of China has always been guided by the anti-corruption ideas of Marxism-Leninism,constantly advancing the innovation of anti-corruption theory and system;from Mao Zedong's "developing democracy,relying on the masses",Deng Xiaoping's"system with fundamental problems",Jiang Zemin's "addressing both the symptoms and root causes,comprehensive treatment and perseverance" to Hu Jintao's "focusing on addressing root causes,prevention and the system construction",these classic judgments about anti-corruption reveal the inherent law of anti-corruption construction.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the new generation of leaders of the CPC Central Committee has put forward a series of new theories,viewpoints and measures,which have formed the latest achievements of Marxist anti-corruption theory with Chinese charasteristics;since then the anti-corruption system has been basically perfected.Anti-corruption and construction of work style are always on the way.In the current economic and social development situation of China,design deficiencies and the lack of institutional effectiveness of institutional dormancy cause the severe situation of anti-corruption.The main manifestations of corruption are uncurbed corruption phenomenon,increasingly serious corruption nature and more complex corruption behaviors.After the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the new CPC Central Committee has made new innovations and promotion to "Eight Provisions","Power List",the inspection and supervision system,the punishment system,the investigation system and the publicity and education system.The CPC has achieved a marked improvement in ideological awareness,various systems,the achievements of anti-corruption struggle,the degree of social participation and external propaganda,which guides the direction of institutional innovation.Scientific actions need to be guided by the correct concepts and theories.The construction of anti-corruption system of China cannot be without the guidance of the correct theory.In the next phase,we must adhere to the Marxist theory with Chinese characteristics to guide and "Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy" strategic thinking to deploy,further promote the integrity of the system,improve the scientificity of institutional design,enhance the effectiveness of institutional implementation,and strengthen the publicity of institutional information.The origin of force of innovating the anti-corruption system can be futher captured to achieve the theory re-innovation of consructing the anti-corruption system;...
