Psychological Distance Between Police And The Public And The Construction Of Police-public Relationship

Nowadays,The Ministry of Public Security has repeatedly stressed that "to improve the service ability with people,promote the construction of a harmonious relationship between the police and the masses.How to get rid of the violence department character change to the social service role,how to rely on the masses,serve the masses,promote a harmonious relationship with masses,is an arduous and long-term subject.In this paper,from the angle of psychological distance psychology,and the in-depth study of the relationship between the use of' Customer Perceived Service Quality Model " Based on the theoretical research combined with empirical research,theoretical research,surveys,interviews,random test,to interpretation the generate of the police psychological distance.Analysis of the characteristics of the relationship between the police and the masses,try to find the impact of the cause of the relationship from the angle of psychology,and puts forward the thoughts of constructing the harmonious relationship about police and masses.The results show that the psychological distance is the psychological expectations from the people on the police service and the police service between the actual perception of service quality gap.According to the two factors,this paper reduces the police psychological distance,thus improving the public trust,obtain a harmonious relationship between the police and the masses satisfied the strategy is to reduce the psychological expectations,and improve the public perception of the actual behavior of the police.
