| The soldiers of Chinese people’s armed police soldiers are bearing the missionsof handling emergencies, target duty, counter-terrorism and so on. They protectnational defense construction and being the guardians of the human peace. Thephysical quality and psychological quality of military police officers are closelyrelates to defense ability of the country. When the armed police soldiers fighting forrescue the hostages, etc, they are often in a time of crisis that the site condition iscomplicated, unpredictable. This requires the armed police should have a calm mentalquality that even stronger than the normal athlete’s psychological bearing. The authorstarting from the psychological factors of armed police soldiers when they facing thecomplex circumstance to analyze what kind of psychological quality do the armedpolice shooters need in the face of psychological pressure, And again is there anydifference between the psychological quality and sport.More in-depth research on thegood shooters’ psychological structure model will be conduced, which providesreference for the psychological selection and training for good shooters.Research object and methods: this article adopts16PF questionnaire,808nervetypes, motion representation to investigate136pieces of armed police good shootersquestionnaire, to analyze the psychological characteristics of armed police shooter,and to establish armed police shooter’s personality psychological norm. Usingregression analysis method, the study explores the psychological traits that closelyrelated to the firing score and put forward the method of prediction and assessment ofgood shooter.Research results:(1)16PF results show that our provincial good armed police shooters’ score of C(stability) factor is very striking (P <0.01) which is higher than the ordinary soldiers,national excellent basketball athletes, ordinary people and the national collegestudents across the country. On the other hand, there is no significant differencebetween provincial shooting athletes and the national shooting athletes in the factorsC (stability). The B (wisdom) factors reflect a very significant difference (P <0.01)ordinary soldiers <our provincial armed police good shooter <national collegestudents. The L (doubt) factors of our provincial good armed police shooter is lowerthan the other five kinds of people, which show a very significant difference (P <0.01)in personality norm, like the national excellent shooting athletes, national men’sbasketball athlete, etc. The Q1(experiment) factors reflect that the degree of ourprovincial good armed police shooter is lower than the other four kinds of people andthe personality norm shows a very significant difference to other four kinds of people (P <0.01), but there is no significant difference in ordinary soldiers. The Q2(independent) factors reflect that the degree of the good provincial armed policeshooter is lower than the other four kinds of people and the personality norm shows avery significant difference (P <0.01), but there is no significant difference in ordinarysoldiers. The Q3(self-discipline) factors reflect that the degree of good armed policeshooter of our province is high above the national adult norm, the national collegestudents (P <0.01), the common soldiers (P <0.05), lower than the national excellentshooter (P <0.01).(2) From the nervous type distribution research results of armed police shooters, wecan see the flexibility and stability type is6%of the total, no irritability type, nogeneric bulk type and no inhibited type, medium type is80.6%, weak type account for13.4%. There was no significant difference in nervous types between five outstandingnational tournament shooter and loser (P>0.05).(3) In the motor imagery questionnaire, the dimension of wake up motivation of ourprovincial armed police elite shooter is lower than professional sports athlete, ballgames athlete and aerobics athletes. It has very significant differences (P <0.01).There are significant differences between our provincial armed police shooter andordinary college students; our provincial armed police shooter is lower than ordinarycollege students,(P <0.05). The dimensions of special motivation in the questionnaireshows that the degree of our province armed police elite shooter is lower thanprofessional sports athletes, ball games athletes, aerobics athletes etc; there are verysignificant differences in these spots athletes (P <0.01) but no significant differencewith skiing athletes. There was no significant difference between good armed policeshooter and elite athletes in the scores on the two dimensions of the appearance inexcitation control and special cognitive motivation.(4) The linear regression method is adopted to do regression analysis on95riflesshooting records of armed police shooters and their mentality traits. In the variousfactors, Q1is the most important experimental factors, which manifests thepsychological uniqueness of the police shooter’s scores, the second important factorsare the stability factors, and thirdly important factors are intelligent factors.Research conclusions:(1) The16PF measurement fully reflected that the personality factors of ourprovincial good armed police shooters have its uniqueness. Embodied in: firstly, ourprovincial good armed police shooters equipped with low Q2(independent), low Q1(experiment) in the process of competition and handling affairs. They pay moreattentions to the cooperation spirit; tend to be in stable, conservative style. Secondly,our provincial good armed police shooters have C (stability) which often reflected ingood national shooters’ characteristics and laws---emotional stability and maturity.Thirdly, our provincial good armed police shooters have higher wisdom than the othersoldiers. (2) The nervous type distribution results show that the most of the armed policeshooters are medium type. Because the armed police force did not build a perfectsystem of psychological characteristic selection, whether medium type is the bestneural type for shooting athletes or not needs to do further researches. This study hintsthat the armed police shooter’s selection and training system needs to be furtherimproved. In order to improve the training effect and increase the talent rate, armedpolice forces need to establish more scientific selection of shooter as the special talent.But at the same time, the study fully recognized that different sports athletes’ nervoustype are also different, and manifested our provincial good shooters’ unique nervoustype.(3) This study reflects the particularity of good shooter in our province. After usingthe motor imagery test, it shows lack of the wake up motivation and specialmotivation. The ability of waking up the body and appearing mood should bestrengthened to improve the ability of motor imagery in future.(4) After the questionnaire regression analysis of shooting scores and twoquestionnaires of factors, we find that the most important influence on the score is thefactors of16PF. In the future, the selection of armed police shot needs to pay moreattention to the importance factors of16PF. In shooting competition, it isrecommended that the selected winner should be low tension, and of calm, quiet, idle,low anxiety, sedate calm and confidence psychological quality. The study alsoIllustrates that selection of armed police shooter should pay attentions to thepsychological quality. |
