Singapore,as a southeast Asia country,which the Chinese occupy the majority of the population,has obtained a resounding success of anti corruption work in the case of ruling by one-party for a long time.Can Singapore change from a corruption colonial country to a developed country with stable political and developed economy in 60 years,and became the world's recognized clean state,it all owes to Singapore 's ruling party,the people's action party.At the very beginning of the party was founded,the party attached great importance to establishing a uprightness and non-corruption party.Since taking power,the party firmly adhered to the construction of a clean government,and has taken a series of effective measures for the sake of its historical,political,and economic factors.Firstly,they put anti-corruption as a overall situation which was connected to the fate of the party.And set up a firmly political will to combating corruption.Secondly,they formed a simple and reasonable system of the party,optimized the structure of the party.Thirdly,they enacted a perfect and strict legal system.Fourthly,they set up anti-corruption institutions with highly independence.Fifthly,they gave severe punishments of corruption behaviors,dissipated their fortune,and those who corrupted will be utterly discredited.Sixthly,advocated Confucianism,Carried out integrity education.Even though the measures of Singapore to build a clean government are effective,their anti corruption actions are not perfect yet,they still have insufficient.Since the reform and opening began,the successive leaders of the Communist Party of China have constantly insisted on anti-corruption work has made great progress.However,dur to the problems of history and system,generally speaking,CPC is still facing a very grim challenge on the work of anti-corruption.The PAP of Singapore has got a remarkable achievement of anti-corruption work,and a lot of experience is worth referencing and learning by CPC.CPC should compare their similarities and differences with PAP of Singapore,and learn their successful measures on building a clean party,try to reform and inprove the existing anti-corruption system base on our basic national conditions.Firstly,strengthen the systematic construction improve the system and increase the penalties for corruption;Secondly,intergrating the existing anti-corruption strength to form a more independent and efficient anti-corruption investigation insititutions and give legal in institutional guarantee.Thirdly,improve both inside and outside party supervision mechanism,ensure to implement the work of supervision.Fourthly,we should develop the economy vigorously,strengthen the economic foundation of building a clean government.
