As the governing party of the biggest socialist country, Chinese CommunistParty is the biggest party in the world. People’s Action Party of Singapore is one ofthe rare long-ruling parties in Asia, as the governing party of both countries, therelations between Chinese Communist Party and People’s Action Party of Singaporehas experienced different developmental stages, from the unconnected stage to thecomprehensive developmental stage. Although the history of the formalcommunication between the two parties is not very long, the relations between themdevelop at an astonishing speed. Through the way of high-level exchanges and mutualvisits, the two parties cooperate in kinds of areas such as the economic cooperation,country governance, the party’s ruling ability construction and the development of thepeople’s livelihood, establish good and stable inter-party relations.The Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the inter-partyexchanges, it is an important part of the Party’s career, it can strengthen the Party’sown construction and improve the Party’s ruling ability, and it also can expand theParty’s influence and improve its international reputation. Through researching thecontact history of Chinese Communist Party and People’s Action Party ofSingapore,this paper introduces the communication base and contents of the twosides and discovers the bifurcation problems which impede the development of therelation. Finally, some experiences are summed up to provide references for thedevelopment of the relation between Chinese Communist Party and People’s ActionParty of Singapore, and the materials of Chinese Communist Party’s inter-partyexchanges will be added.
