Research On The Innovation And Development Of The Inspection And Supervision System Within The Communist Party Of China Since The 18th National Congress Of The Communist Party Of China

Since the eighteen Party of the party,the great project of the party's construction has made new historical achievements.The newly revised "China inspect the work of the Communist Party",a clear inspection position,refine inspections content,focusing the focus of inspections,the inspection supervision innovation system theory;more than 30 inspection policies and the publication of books,a number of articles and patrol the signed article,make inspections to win support of the people.In practice,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China combined with the practice of patrol work,profoundly summarized experience and innovating the way of inspection,and explored a system of inner party supervision which is in line with China's national conditions.We must achieve precise attack through special inspections.We can get rid of the interests alliance through "one time one authorization".We can achieve the goal of fighting corruption by walking around vigorously,and do not take the unusual path.We can release more deterrent power through the good use of the inspection results.In the aspect of system,through the innovation of top-level design,improve the inspection system,inspection responsibility transformation strategy,implementation of the general secretary Xi Jinping proposed "internal potential and revitalize the stock,optimizing the structure,enrich the team",to promote the new direction of the supervision and inspection system towards professional,flexible and accurate forward.In this case,it is of great significance to further understand the innovation and development of the inspection supervision system,and to promote the scientific and timeliness of the patrol work,and promote the construction of anti-corruption and building a clean government.On the basis of the existing literature,this paper sums up the innovation and development of the supervision work in the party inspection under the current background,through the use of Marx's materialist dialectics,literature research,comparative study,interdisciplinary knowledge and historical logic.The thesis is divided into four parts: introduction and text.The text consists of four chapters:The first chapter comprehensively combs the theoretical origin of the CPC's inspection system.The CPC is not only a political party of Marx,but also a true practitioner of Sun Zhongshan's "three people's principles".Therefore,the inspection supervision system of the Communist Party of China is based on the inner-party supervision ideas of Marx,Engels and Lenin;at the same time,it draws on Sun Zhongshan's thought of independent supervision,critically absorbs the beneficial components of the ancient inspection system of our country and makes the supervision system of the party scintillating the theoretical brilliance of Marx doctrine.It also contains the excellent tradition of Chinese culture.The second chapter systematically discusses the development process of the party inspection system before the establishment of the Communist Party of China from the eighteen to the beginning.Taking time as the node,this paper expounds the preliminary exploration of the supervision system of the inner-party patrol from 1921 to 1949,the tortuous development of the supervision system of the inner-party patrol from 1950 to 1976,the gradual improvement of the supervision system in the party inspection tour from 1977 to 2012,and the footprints of the development of the Chinese Communist party inspection system from the combination of history and logic.The third chapter focuses on the innovation and development of the inspection supervision system through the theoretical innovation,practical innovation and system innovation under the leadership of Xi Jinping as the core of the Party Central Committee.The fourth chapter explains the important significance of the innovation and development of the inspection supervision system.The eighteen major party and the past and the future,under the guidance of Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the inspection supervision system will continue to innovate and develop.
