The Research On Satisfaction Of Home-based Care Service In Jiangxi

In the hollow,aging,loss of energy characteristics,it has become a major issue for pension.The traditional family pension and social supply have a derailment.It is unable to obtain the service resources more.This problem will face enormous challenges.The institutional pension due to economic pressure,the traditional concept of influence,accounting for relatively small.Home-based care service is a more appropriate way to solve the pension problem,which can effectively meet the diverse needs of the service.It is conducive to the formation of the value concept of shared community endowment resources.Home-based care services and other pension in a different way,the diversity of resource,not out of place and family endowment service,community activity space expanding and etc,during the period of adjustment and development of the endowment industry has important research significance and value.In this paper,the service object of Yichun district of Yuanzhou city home-based care services center is conducted a survey.More than 150 valid questionnaires were collected.People divided into home endowment service center management,front-line service personnel and the elderly were interviewed.The number of interviews was 10.Based on the data,the paper analyzes the status of the elderly population and the relationship between different service satisfaction in order to explore a new type of home-based care service model.In this study,it is beginned from the point of view of home-based care software services,such as helping doctors,helping to clean up,helping hands,helping meals,living care,health and recreation services,and other aspects.Based on the present situation,characteristics and future development goals of home-based care service in Yuanzhou District of Yichun city,this paper analyzes and expounds the satisfaction of home-based care service.The study found that the implementation of home-based care services are not in place.The evaluation mechanism is not perfect and the role is not obvious.The main body of the pension service is single,fragmented,resulting in the lack of identity and satisfaction of the service provider.The aging consumer market has a downturn,and the different types of service satisfaction show a trend of differentiation,resulting in the lack of professional services elements.In this paper,with the help of the social work professional methods,we can integrate the service resources of the government,the street and the community,and coordinate the role or status of theservice main body.Then it plays the advantages of being served.It can help to improve the problem of poor service and to enhance the satisfaction degree and the degree of acceptance of the different types service.Based on field investigation and literature review,we summary of home-based care service in different stages of development experience and lessons,promote the innovation and development of service system in line with the requirements of the times.It is to provide a significant reference value for the construction of regional home-based care service model.
