The Traditional Filial Piety Culture Perspective Study On The Problem Of Family Pension In China

With the steady development of the global economy,people's life quality is changing better and the average life span is also growing all over the world.Correspondingly,the population aging is also growing faster,it makes most of the countries have to face one problem: pension security.According to the 6th national census in 2010,the population of people who is older than 60 is 177648705,accounted for 13.26%,among which the population of people who is older than 65 is 118831709,accounted for 8.87%.Until 2016,the population of people who is order than 60 has been more than 230 million,accounted the whole population for 16.7%.Population ageing in China is growing faster,which results to be a great problem in pension security.For now,pension security is in a hard period.The government takes much stress,pension fund is not enough,house-for-pension scheme is detrimental more than beneficial,social security system is not defective and pension security law is also not complete.China is a country which family security accounted for 90%,but whose family security function is degenerating.The reason why the function is degenerating is that the lack of traditional piety culture.Family security is successful in Ming and Qing dynasty is because of strong piety culture.It also shows why this paper put piety culture as breaking point to study pension security.Through analyzing the reason of piety culture absence,it can help to make piety culture return to the important role in pension security.Family security is the main pension model and irreplaceable way in pension security in present society.This paper argues that,firstly,as one Chinese traditional culture essence,piety culture is not only for learning from ancestors,developing in the world,but also for absorbing the best,learning by doing so that our great country can make elderly be looked after properly.Secondly,study the history.Which can be learned that piety culture's position in Ming dynasty pension security and the continuation in Qing dynasty.The piety culture pension security in Ming and Qing dynasty make people live and work in peace,elderly is looked after properly.Taking history as a certification,learning from history,spreading for long time,it is indispensable responsibility of our generation to carry forward piety culture.Upon this,we shall respond to the problem actively,analyze the reason why piety culture is feeble now.Make out the solution and implement in family security.The significance of this paper is how to make the piety culture return,take it from people,return from people,and for the people so that release the pension security pressure in the temporary society.
