Personal Information Protection System Research Under The Cloud Computing

As the development of the internet's globalization,our country's internet is developing into mature stage.The development of Internet-Cloud Computing,especially the new internet technology of The Big Data,Cloud computing and Internet of things is deeply and widely affecting people`s life.Virtual space's new things represented by big data and cloud computing have changed our traditional mode of communication and enriched people's social life while risking of violation of personal information.The violation of personal information and disputes are increasing more and more while social life's rapid development and personal information protection awareness are becoming better.Information users can't find a right way to start their protection under the situation that violations' strong concealment,high information recognition degree and wide damage range.Thus,formulating unified law of personal information protection to ensure our citizens' information security is very necessary.In our country's legal system,the laws protecting our personal information are hard to see while it is unable to form a complete personal information protection system,so regulating the emerging internet mode to protect personal information is just in the future.Thus,formulating unified law of personal information protection to ensure our information security and improve the system of personal information protect is not only beneficial for safeguarding the legitimate rights of information agent abut also useful to judges while it can provide law criterion in the judicial practice.This article bases on the new characteristics of personal information violation in the cloud computing serves,the difficulties encountered by applicable law in the judicial judgments,as well as the legal problems in personal information violation cases.It analyzes the new mode of personal information violation under cloud computing and handles with judicial practice comparing with other areas' personal information protection under cloud computing in law.It aims to put forward perfect suggestions for the improvement of the system of personal information protection law under the cloud computing.
