Research On The Present Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Party Construction In Colleges And Universities

The university is shouldering the important task of studying Marxism and cultivating the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.As an important part of the great project,the party construction in colleges and universities is directly related to the national development and national future,related to the task of cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors,related to the movement of the construction of the party.Under the new situation of social transformation,social trend of thought is characterized by pluralism.Colleges and universities are inevitably affected by some social ideological trends.There are some new problems in the party construction in colleges and universities.The theory of Marx's party construction is verified by theory and practice.And it has theoretical scientific and practical guidance.Therefore,this paper analyzes the present situation,the main problems and the causes of the Party Construction in universities based on Marx's theory of Party Construction.It has important theoretical value and practical significance for further strengthening and improving Party building work in Colleges and UniversitiesBased on the Marxism Party Construction Theory,this article analyzed achievements and problems of the ideological and theoretical construction,basic level to organize construction,president responsibility system under the Party leadership,party conduct and honest government construction and leading cadres style construction,and points out that the party must adhere to the Marx doctrine as a guide,and put forward the path to promote the university party building work as follows.1.Enhance Party members' Party spirit.2.Optimizing the construction of Party organizations at the grass-roots level.3.Improving the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee.4.Deepening anti-corruption construction.5.Strengthening the construction of the work style of leading cadres.The results of this paper may have a good reference to party building workers.
