At present,China is in the critical stage of The Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy.In particular,China's economy steps into the "new normal" phase,the economic growth slowed,the adjustment of economic structure and the increase of employment pressure make the labor relations of non-public enterprises more complicated and diversified.The labor conflicts in non-public enterprises are more and more extensive,multiple and violent.We are faced with both new problems and grave challenges in Labor conflict governance.The effective management,resolution and transformation of labor conflicts are very urgent..Currently,Labor conflict management in China is mainly government-led "unilateral governance" model.With the development of labor and capital conflict,the lack of government-led governance model is also gradually exposed,in order to meet the urgent demands of the current labor conflict governance,to make up for the government's loopholes in the management of labor and capital conflicts,to alleviate the pressure of the government and to improve the effectiveness of the management,it is necessary to conduct a deep reflection on the current governance model,and discuss the necessity,possibility and feasibility of other social subjects participating in the management of labor conflicts.As an important part of social governance,social organizations take part in management of the labor and capital conflicts,which is of great significance to construct the pattern of cooperative participation and multi governance.Social organizations' non-government,public welfare,non-profit,independence,grassroots are the advantages and bases of its participation in labor conflict management.So we need to systematically study the necessity and possibility social organizations participating in the management of labor conflicts,and to explore the Role and Function of Social Organization in the management of labor conflicts.
