government as an example to discuss the role of government in the development of social organization incubators.In the research process,a simple random sampling method,questionnaire interview method,literature research method,comparative analysis method,and empirical analysis method were comprehensively used.Based on the survey data of the main social organization incubators in Chengdu,the status quo of their development was analyzed.The existing problems have further discussed and evaluated the role of the government based on empirical evidence of government actions.Based on the reclassification of incubators,the role of the government has been analyzed theoretically,and the countermeasures for improving the role of the government and the outlook for this study have been proposed.The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of the government in promoting the development of social organization incubators in China through a typical case study of the development of a social organization incubator in Chengdu,and to provide valuable reference models and development experiences for other regions in the introduction of relevant development models.At the same time,it also fills in the gaps related to the research on social organizations incubators in Chengdu.First of all,from the background of the development of social organization incubators and the policies concerning the promotion of social organizations,this paper explains the policy basis for the construction of social organizations incubators in China and the significance of development,and combines the development of Chinese and Western social organizations incubators and the role of government.Related research has carried out a review of the literature to lay a theoretical foundation for the study.At the same time,it hasconducted a comparative analysis of the development process and government role of the social organization incubators in both China and the West.It has drawn the
