The Function And Role Of Social Organization In Cause Of China’s Rural Sports

Development of rural sports is an important part of the construction of new socialist countryside. Although China’s rural sports fitness cause has obtained a certain degree of development in the national policy support, but compared with cities, the rural community sports development still has a big gap, and has many problems, and the key point lies in that China’s rural farmers lack effective ways to participate in community sports. The fine sports fitness not only can enhance the farmers’ physical quality, but also can create a kind of colorful life of entertainment culture for peasantry.Therefore, in order to meet the growing needs of sports culture of farmers, this study is based on the enlightenment of an example that caused profound influence in the whole country. The example is called "Peasantry NBA" in Lingbao town Henan province. This study is to explore a suitable path to participate in sports for the broad masses of farmers in rural areas. The study also suggests social work organization should help farmers to participate in sports. First, this study concludes and summarizes the history and status quo on China’s rural farmer sports fitness movement, and gets characteristics and difficulties of the development of China’s rural farmer sports fitness movement. Second, this paper describes the course of development of the "Peasantry NBA", and uses the theory of social role to studies and analysis it. It surveys the "Peasantry NBA" again from the perspective of Social Role Theory. Third, according to the nationwide development of peasantry sports fitness and being based on the enlightenment of the "Peasantry NBA" in Lingbao, and using the rural constriction theory of Liang Shuming, this paper tries to promote the advantages of "Peasantry NBA", and learns a less from the case, to study and analyze the function and effect of social organization (rural civil society organization and social work organization). This paper, on these grounds, provides a creative mode on the cause of China’s rural sports. This mode asks the peasantry to in charge of and to actively participate in sports movements, and asks the government to lead the way, and asks the sponsor to support the sports movement, and asks the social work organization to coordinate with all parties.
