Since the reform and opening up, Chinese society has entered the developmentperiod of comprehensive transformation.The establishment and development ofmarket economy in our country,activate the concept of the rights and interests of thepeople,form the pluralistic social main body with different interest demands; Thedevelopment of democratic politics and society’s increasing openness, arouse civilconsciousness of political participation, improve the political participation ability ofcitizens.
