A Study On The Publicity Of Village Affairs Under The Background Of Villagers' Autonomy

This paper takes Y iwu city of W est Street as the research object,the village affairs made an in-dep th empirical research,the results s howed that m ost of the villagers are aware of the im portance and necessity of village affairs,and in practice has been consciously participate in the event.However,many deficiencies and problems are still seen,mainly as follows: the content of the village affairs should be focused on the form,neglecting the actual resu lts,the public affairs of village affairs are not timely,the p rocedure of village affairs publicity is not stand ard and the feedback of villagers can not be paid attentio n to.These problems make the west streets of Yiwu develop more and emphasize the economic construction,but ignore the democratic management of the village affairs.The m ain reasons for the above problems are the influence of traditional thought and cu lture,the loopholes in the relevant legal system of village affairs opening,the lack of effective guidance training and the lack of effective supervision of village affairs publicity.Based on this,in view of the above problem s and their causes,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to im prove the villag e affairs publicity in the west streets of Yiwu city.Mainly includes: perfecting the legal system of village affairs,and village af fairs standardize th e content and for m and procedure,increase the village public political guida nce and financial support,im prove the transparency of village affairs supervision mechanism and mobilize the enthusiasm of the villagers to participate in village affairs,in order to find a more scientific way of village affairs.
