Development Research On Sports Social Organization Under Internet Era

At present China has entered the period of social transformation.As one of the main threads of social reform and development,social organizations deserve a deep exploration for its development mode of the modern organization with Chinese characteristics.Sports social organizations,as the intermediary and hub of the cause of sports and national fitness program,are attached great importance.In the 21 st Century when China has entered the Internet era,the social development will always take the network technology reform and innovation as the theme.In the process of social development of the comprehensive reform and innovation,the application of network information technology has become a powerful means to promote the innovation of sports social organization.Therefore,this thesis studies the status quo of sports social organizations in the Internet era and aims to explore the model of modernized organizations in line with China's national conditions.Taking Daxing District of Beijing City as an example,employing the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis,namely a questionnaire survey method,literature method,case study method and logic analysis,the thesis conducts the deep research on sports social organizations,analyzes the existing problems in their development.It finds that there are lots of problems in the development of sports social organizations in Daxing District.Firstly,management departments lacks the guide of mass sports organization development.Secondly,management system is imperfect.Thirdly,the teaching and management mode of sports organization is single;the number of the organizers is not enough and their quality is uneven.Finally,the guidance ofprofessional ability is insufficient.The research on the development of sports social organizations in Daxing District has the following enlightenment.The middle aged and the young from middle class become the main force in the rapid development of the organization.The quality of organizers is of vital importance to the development of the organizations.Exercise passion of organization members is the key to the rapid development of the organization.Internet has become one of the crucial approaches to the organization management.Innovation development is also important for sports social organizations.Training qualified volunteers has become the main source of sports social organization managers.In view of the problems and enlightenment of the research,the author makes the conclusion of the organization development and puts forward the corresponding development suggestions.The study has made the following conclusions.Firstly,there is a positive correlation between the number of organizations and the regional economic development.Secondly,spots social organizations in Daxing District are still in the initial stage.Application of the Internet in the organization management begins to take shape.Finally,Daxing District sports social organization has accelerated the development of the foreign population "city" process.Based on these findings,the thesis puts forward several suggestions.Firstly,sports management department in Daxing District should offer more guide for the development of mass sports organizations.Secondly,the development of organizations should meet the requirements of the times and enhance their competitiveness by means of the Internet.Thirdly,it should set up interconnect platform and strengthen alliance for regional organizations.Fourthly,mutual trust should be developed between Daxing District sports management and sports organization managers in the long-term path of building sports power.Finally,the development of the organization should be combined with the characteristics of the times and focus on innovation,since only innovation can guarantee an invincible position of organizations in the fierce competition.
