Research On Community Culture Construction

With the rapid development of the Internet economy and the disintegration of the unit system,the gap between people has become further and further.Our friendly culture is disappearing,and people have become estranged.Communities are the fundamental place for people to develop public culture education and rebuild their spiritual civilization.At the same time,communities play a guiding role for individual families.The research of this paper is helpful for government to understand the residents' demand about public culture,as well as to help the government departments to improve the management standard of public cultural services.And it also helps the government to optimize the structure of financial expenditure,to set up efficient evaluation standards,to improve the service quality inspection system,to establish public satisfaction standards,and to establish a democratic consultation platform.This paper firstly studied the current situation of community culture construction at home and abroad,and summarized the basic situation of community culture construction in Chengdu.Then I have selected six representative communities of Wuhou district of Chengdu as the sample,and designed a questionnaire about commnity culture construction of Wuhou district and introduced some of it's advantages and disadvantages.Thirdly,I have introduced the experience of community culture development in Beijing,Shanghai and Hangzhou.Lastly,Based on the analysis of it's problem,I have proposed some practical suggestions of Chengdu's community culture development.
