On The Application Of TRIZ Contradiction Matrix In Chinese Public Administration Innovation

With the prosperous development of China’s public Administration innovation,More and more domestic scholars began to focus on public administration innovation.But,The study of public administration innovation methods are lack.And this has become a bottleneck restricting the development of public management innovation continuous problem.In recent years,the business area emerged a large number of innovation research results,and among the results,contradiction matrix of TRIZ theory is the most powerful tools to promote business innovation.Studies have shown that TRIZ contradiction matrix is not only applicable to the engineering field,business management areas,may also be applicable to the field of public administration.This article uses the business TRIZ contradiction matrix to analysis the field of public administration cases,revise it and make it more suitable for public administration in China,enrich the connotation of the TRIZ contradiction matrix in the public administration field,promote the TRIZ contradiction matrix applied research in the field of public administration in our country more further and more effectively solve problems in the field of public administration innovation.In this paper,in reference to the contradiction matrix method in the field of business which built by Darrell Mann,the author by using MAXQDA software in-depth analysis a total of 141 public administration innovation cases.By comparing with the Darrell Mann and Shen Ganlin scholars’ 40 innovation principles of revision and conduction with experts to discuss revision of the 40 innovation principles in the field of public administration theory.Through the revision of the 40 innovation principles in the field of public administration theory to analyze the innovation of public administration cases.Through in accordance with this cycle" problem description-define contradictions-the basis of the principle of innovation",Eventually found 87 different pairs of the contradiction.Comparison with the business contradiction matrix and analysis innovation principles application order table to revise the business contradiction matrix,and make it more suitable for Chinese public administration innovation.After case study,the author found that some Innovative Principles are most commonly used in Chinese Public administration Innovation practice.And they are Dividing Principle,Dynamic Principle,Pre-action Principle,Feedback Principle and Periodic action Principle.And the author also find some contradiction sets are most commonly used in Chinese Public administration contradiction are supply means and supply risk,the public demand and research and development risk,and adaptability/versatility and support costs.
