Research And Innovation Policy Diffusion Mechanism

With the increasing globalization and information technology development, thegradual improvement of the market economy system, as well as the adjustment ofthe administrative system changes, large-scale and various forms of governmentinnovation activities in various parts of China are emerging. Under changingenvironmental conditions, effective maintenance of government vitality isinseparable from innovative practice flourished. The author believes that, there is aunique and flexible mechanism of innovative policy diffusion in governmentinnovation. In this mechanism, the government innovation results in a "diffusion"way to promote, continuation, development of government innovation. In order toobjectively presents contemporary China local government innovation practice. Inorder to analysis local government innovation diffusion phenomenon with Chinesecharacteristics, and promote the sustainable development of the ChineseGovernment Innovation actively, the author try to related concepts and theoreticalframework of "Innovation" and "diffusion" introduced into China Local GovernmentInnovation practice analysis process."China Local Government Innovation Award"played an active role in the promotion of local government reform and innovation.Therefore, this paper selects winning projects from the award for case studies andthe full argument. Preliminary proposed a perspective about the mechanism ofinnovative policy diffusion to reflect the innovation practice of Chinese localgovernment.Around this central theme of "innovative policy diffusion mechanism ",according to the logic of writing structure, the research is mainly divided into threeparts. The first part is the first chapter of this article. It expounds the origin andsignificance of the topic, the existing research literature review, the study design andthe research methods and innovations of the study. The second part includes thesecond, the three and the fourth chapter. Chapter II commenced the basic theory ofinnovation policy diffusion mechanism elaborated. Chapter III from the body,motivation, path, performance in four areas detailed interpretation of the innovation policy diffusion mechanism, which combined with the actual situation of Chinas LocalGovernment Innovation which reflected in the "China Local Government InnovationAward". Chapter IV examines a running effect of the mechanism through case studies.It presents strategies and direction in the view of the current resistance and theplight of the mechanism.
