Research On The Countermeasures Of The Network Copyright Protection Of Book In China

In this paper,the network copyright protection of books in China is studied?In this paper,the situation of China's network copyright protection of booksand foreignexperience is researched.Combined with the new public management theory, the Countermeasures of the Network copyright protection of Book in China is put forwarded from the angles of the judicial protection and administrative protection.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first chapter introduces the significance and background of this study,introduces the current research progress, and introduces the research ideas and methods.The second chapter mainly introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of the research of network copyright protection.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the current situation ofnetwork copyright protection in China, including the current situation of copyright infringement and the current situation of the protection of copyright in our country in two aspects.And on this basis, summarizes the shortcomings of network copyright protection of books in China.The fourth chapter studies the network copyright protection system of the United States and the EU,summarizes the mature experience of the United States and the EU,and sums up the reference to our country.In the fifth chapter, the author puts forward some countermeasures for the protection of the network copyright in our country from the following two aspects:judicial protection and administrative protection.The conclusion partsummarizes the viewpoints of this paper.
