The concept of “massive publicity” is the new idea that was proposed by Comrade Xi Jinping in the 2013 national publicity and Ideological Work Conference,at the same time,which is the guiding ideology of innovation of the ideological publicity in the Internet Era.It should arouse the whole party and participate in this work,eliminate barriers between departments and enforce the division and cooperation.We have to make the coordination from the height of national overall situation,conform to the trend of the times and follow the objective law of the news media.Meanwhile,it will promote the publicity and ideological work to a higher level.With the background of social and economic reforms and the opening-up policy of China,the rapid development of information technology and the new media,especially the spreading and application of Internet have influenced every social aspect rapidly and profoundly.Certainly,it not only has brought new opportunities,but also has brought serious challenges to the publicity and ideological work.We must deeply understand the impact and penetration of Western ideology on China in the international situation and focus on many social problems which are highlighted in the domestic reform and transition period.In the new social situation,it is our task to clear the importance of ideological work in the Internet Era and establish the concept of e of massive publicity firmly.There are four parts in this paper.The first part gives the overview of the the publicity and ideological work after the founding of the state and before the reform and opening up.The paper briefly discusses the condition of the publicity and ideological work.And it briefly concludes the change of the publicity work after the reform and opening up.The second part analyses the concept of massive publicity,it is the base on the paper.It summarizes and refines the historical fact of the Party's propaganda.And it could analyses the meaning of constructing pattern of massive publicity.The third part analyses the opportunity and challenge of constructing pattern of massive publicity.According to the analysis of the Internet technology,then it analyses the challenge of ideology on the international and domestic situations.With the good momentum of economic and social development,the party and country attaches great importance to the publicity and ideological work.Strengthening the network of regulatory and the rise of the internet of new generation are good conditions for constructing pattern of massive publicity.The fourth part constitutes the main body of this thesis,it provides suggestions of the method innovation for constructing pattern of massive publicity.This thesis is divided into four aspects: propaganda mechanism,publicity channels,publicity contents and the forms of publicity.We should set up innovative ideology,come up with the new work methods and use the new media technology neatly.It could strengthening the work's pertinence,efficiency and attraction.This paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation and puts forward constructive suggestions.We should apply the Internet thinking to practical work flexibly,and fully adapt to the media environment and social environment changes.
