Study On The Publicity System Of Chinese Procuratorial Work

The publicity of procuratorial work,is an important measure launched by the Supreme People's Procuratorate from 1998.It is an important manifestation of judicial transparency and legalization.With the opening of the 18 th Congress and the judicial reform,the publicity of procuratorial work has been pushed to the focus with the judicial publicity.After eighteen years of development,the publicity of procuratorial work has made great progress,especially in recent years.Thanks to the overall political environment and the rapid development of information technology,the publicity has now opened a new situation.However,there is still no formal legislation which due to its late birth,in addition to the discouragement of the traditional view,the publicity system carrys out with a great resistance,and the effect is also unsatisfactory in some places.This paper elaborates the emergence,development and basic structure of the publicity of procuratorial work,then analyse of the problems of public system implementation,and find the reasons,thus some countermeasures.We hope this paper can play a practical help to the publicity of Chinese procuratorial work.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the emergence and the concept of the publicity system,and show the development of the system in China,according to its maturity,it can be divided into three stages.And then testify the value about the system.The second part is the basis of the analysis.It focuses on the framework of the publicity system in China,which mainly includes the policy's body,object,main content,scope of the publicity system,and the way of publicity,the situation of its legislation.In the third part,based on the content of this system,we assesses the status of its implementation in China.There are some problems,and we try to find out the reasons.In the fourth part,on the basis of the above discussion,we hope to find the practical suggestions,which can make a real help to the publicity of Chinese procuratorial work,and also be good for the judicial reform.
