Collective Land Expropriation Compensation System

At this stage,China's society is in transition,urbanization is accelerating.On the one hand,the development of the city is inseparable from the support of the land.On the other hand,the state has limited land resources.Therefore,the current source of supply of construction land is the collection of collective land around the city as state-owned land,the construction and development of public welfare undertakings,the problem of land expropriation has increasingly become the primary problem in the construction of urbanization in China.In the improvement of collective land expropriation compensation system,even if most scholars in China have achieved some achievements,but still far from enough.There is no specific law on the system of collective land expropriation in China,or a special section is set up in the Land Management Law to formulate its compensation standards or procedures.The relevant legislation has lagged behind the needs of social practice.The compensation principles,scope,standards and methods of collective land expropriation are still incomplete in the existing legal provisions,and the corruption caused by the problem still exists.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the compensation system for collective land acquisition,to promote the formulation of compensation regulations,to prevent the breeding of corruption,and effectively alleviate the problem of land acquisition.This paper takes the collective land expropriation compensation system as the guide,and takes the problems retained in the process of land requisition compensation.The article is about how to improve the compensation system of collective land and improve the value of farmers' rights reasonably.
