Deng Xiaoping's Harmonious Development Thoughts And Its Theoretical Contribution And Realistic Enlightenment

Since the reform and opening,the economic development of our country has made remarkable achievements,at the same time,the social and economic life cannot avoid to appear a series of discordant factors.Although the policies and tactics put forward by the leading groups of the CPC Central Committee in order to solve the problem of social and economic development are different,they are in line with Deng Xiaoping's thought about the harmonious development.At present,under the background of our country's economy showing a new normal and discordant factor,it is showing great theoretical and practical significance to systematically study Deng Xiaoping's harmonious development.Since the reform and opening to the outside world,some scholars at home and abroad for the personal and Deng Xiaoping theory,to the harmonious development of Deng Xiaoping's theory of Deng Xiaoping's thoughts was studied,achieved fruitful research results.Based on the domestic and international research results,we can see that although the academia in the aspect of the importance of harmonious development of Deng Xiaoping's thoughts have reached a consensus,the systematic study of Deng Xiaoping's harmonious development is still lacking.It left in this paper,systematic study of Deng Xiaoping's harmony Development of space,laid the foundation.This paper systematically combs the main content,the Xiaoping's thought about the harmonious development of development of the productive forces as the first factor of harmonious development,emphasis on the contradiction movement of harmonious development is the relatively harmonious development,common prosperity as the ultimate goal of harmonious development,realize common prosperity and that will not happen overnight.And promote the harmonious development mainly from the following several aspects,the urban and rural overall development,regional coordinated development,harmonious development of man and nature and the harmonious Xiaoping puts forward to establish a-special-economic-zone policy proposals,based on the foreign economic development theory of non-proportional coordinated development theory.In order to play a role country under the new normal to carry out the construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics and well-off society in an all-round way and building a harmonious socialist society.In the process of constructing socialist harmonious society,we must first adhere to common prosperity the development ideas,correctly handle the relationship between efficiency and equity,balance the socialist distribution according to work and benefit coordination mechanism to realize the goal of common prosperity.At the same time,we should promote the development of rural and poor areas vigorously.Third,we should strengthen the protection of resources and environment and develop circular economy to improve the utilization rate of resource circulation and the governance
