Optimizing Research On Performance Appraisal In The Party’s Responsibility System Of Nanning Customs

The responsibility system of the Party’s construction of work style and incorruptibility is an important guarantee of the anti-corruption work.The basic concept of "the Party’s construction of work style and incorruptibility" was first introduced in 1992,the party’s 14th brought forward that the anti-corruption work should be carried out in the whole process of reform and opening up,correcting work style and strengthening the incorruptibility work should be ragarded as a major event,and it should achieve practical results.The concept of "the Party’s construction of work style and incorruptibility" is widely used as a term since the party’s 15th.The construction of work style and incorruptibility was carried out by the communist party of China,and it is a strategic practice which aimed at correcting the work style of Party and government.The third plenary session of the 18th made it clear that Party committee should bear major responsibility in the responsibility system.The three plenary session of the 18th session of the central commission for discipline inspection further clarified the content of the main responsibility,the transformation from"only rule the leadership responsibility " to "strengthen the supervision of power "and the changes from "only take the leadership responsibility" to "take major responsibility as an example" reflected that the work of strengthening Party discipline has entered into a new stage.In recent years,Nanning Customs always revolve around the spirit of anti-corruption files,promoting the construction of work style and incorruptibility.Although it has achieved some results,problems also existed in current situation.This article reviews the literature of performance appraisal and incorruptibility construction with the perspective of combining theory and practice.On the basis of theories analysis and present situation research,this paper analyses the essence of the exsisted problems,and point out the suggestions of optimizing the performance appraisal system in the Party’s construction of work style and incorruptibility.
