Analysis Of Public Road Of Parking Spaces Management In Urban Areas By The Public Property Theory

At present,the difficulty of parking is becoming more and more serious in many cities in our country,there comes uncivilized phenomenon such as high parking fees and parking management companies lacking of effective supervision and unclear designated responsibility about the public road parking facilities.How to optimize the public parking problems in urban areas is a test of effectiveness of government services?In fact,we cannot fully optimize these problems without the use of Public Property theory.Under the guidance of these theories,by means of the ownership of public property,the domination and the utilization of public property,we can examine the deficiencies of management of public parking spaces,and pointed out that the muddled management of the government is the basic reason that caused parking problems.Then we will put forward some measures and optimization ideas of public parking spaces,which will give experience about the institutionalization and systematization of public property theory in China.It is also of great significance to improve urban transportation and to establish a service-oriented government with public welfare as the main direction.
