Research On Criminal Regulation Of False Information On The Internet

False information on the Internet is spread on the Internet,inconsistent with the objective facts and can cause serious harm to individuals,society and the state of information.In the extension,the network of false information,including network rumors.In the view of criminal law,the false information in the network has the social harmfulness of multiple and stronger,besides the specific,relevant and misleading of the traditional false information.In the criminal law,the regulation of false information on the Internet is mainly based on the existing traditional charges,and presents the new trend of the preparation of the practice and the helping behavior.There are many problems in the regulation of false information in criminal legislation,such as the narrow scope,the unreasonable behavior and the lack of regulation.In order to better deal with false information network,the supreme judicial authorities issued a number of judicial interpretations.However,the lack of legislation has not been completely resolved because of the introduction of judicial interpretation.In this regard,it is necessary to further improve the criminal legislation and judicial interpretation under the guidance of respect for the constitution,legislation and the principle of legality.
