In the current judicial practice,the problem of "reaching difficult" has become an important factor that hinders the normal operation of civil proceedings.Although scholars in the judiciary have conducted a careful analysis of the service system for so many years and made many comments,but because of the lag of our legal amendments and the various reasons in the judicial practice,the service system has not been really Attention,so as to slow development.Now with the rapid progress of science and technology,local courts began to serve the system,and these activities have brought good results,but also for the delivery system in the future development provides a good basis,so the service system Reform and development is imminent,and now is a great opportunity to innovate and develop the way of delivery,but also to solve the "difficult to reach" problem,to ensure the smooth progress of the judicial process important moment.This article first uses the empirical research method,starting from the practice,through the empirical investigation to understand our country's judicial practice service system predicament situation.Depth interviews and case-track analysis to determine how judges use the service system in practice.Discover the problems in judicial practice and analyze the causes,and then use the rules to guide the practice to test the theory.And then use the comparative research methods and system research methods to analyze the delivery system of our country and the whole litigation system in China and abroad,and put forward the form and problems in the judicial practice of our country and study its countermeasures.This article consists of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The first part introduces the current judicial background and significance of the service system,and the problems to be solved in this paper.The second chapter mainly elaborates the content and the present situation of the service system from the angle of our country judicature,mainly carries on the objective description from the aspect of the legislative system and the judicial practice.The third chapter mainly introduces the realistic dilemma of the current civil service system in reality.The fourth chapter mainly through the previous study of the problem,analysis of the delivery system in the problems arising from the reasons.The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the outstanding problems and loopholes in the civil service system.Chapter six introduces the new form of the current service system in the development of network science andtechnology.Chapter seven mainly based on the above-mentioned issues,to improve our system of delivery of the relevant recommendations.
