With the continuous change and development of today's society and the arrival of the era of network information,the advantages of electronic information are gradually highlighted.In the information age,instant messaging technology should be used in judicial service.Moreover,the six traditional ways of delivery in China have not been able to adapt to people's electronic lifestyle.In this context,the judicial service adopts the information-based service mode combined with instant messaging technology to form a convenient and efficient electronic service of Civil Litigation-electronic service.So that the long-standing problem of service in civil litigation can be effectively solved.Of course,the emergence of a new system will inevitably go through the process of continuous trial and improvement.Due to the late start,short development time and imperfect legislation,China's e-service system leads to unclear behavior boundaries and poor promotion effect,which brings considerable difficulties to the development and popularization of civil litigation e-service.This paper will analyze the current situation and difficulties of the traditional delivery system in China as the starting point,and analyze the background of the introduction of e-service,which is mainly the popularization of the Internet in the fourth scientific and technological revolution,and the significance of the introduction of e-service in solving the problem of "more cases,less people,and difficult deli very".Through a macro overview of the evolution of e-service and the analysis of specific service sample data,this paper expounds that the application of e-service in judicial practice is not high utilization rate,often in the case of traditional service can not be applied,affecting its effectiveness.This paper focuses on the analysis of the problems faced by China's electronic service system in the judicial service practice,mainly including the imperfection of the legal provisions,including the limitation of the applicable conditions,the different standards of service success,and the lack of the relief system for the damage of rights.The theoretical problems of the application of e-service,the security of e-service,and the cognition and concept of related subjects of e-service,etc.Some specific measures are proposed,such as refining the applicable rules of e-service,improving the relief system,establishing a department specialized in e-service,building a unified e-service platform,strengthening publicity and guidance,strengthening technical regulations,etc.,to further promote the promotion and development of e-service and improve the e-service system.
